- Dates of work
- Physical addresses
- Number of reminders sent
We do not collect any additional personal data without your consent.
2. How We Use Information
We use this information to:
- Send reminders to associates via SMS and WhatsApp
- Provide and improve our Services
- Process payments
- Communicate with you about your account
3. Legal Basis
We process information based on your instructions and for purposes directly related to providing our Services.
4. Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our Services, including:
- Twilio (SMS and WhatsApp messaging)
- Meta/Facebook (WhatsApp messaging via Twilio)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Mailinator (email handling/testing)
- Supabase (data storage and backend)
- AWS (cloud infrastructure and hosting)
These service providers are contractually obligated to process your data securely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. We do not sell personal information.
5. Legal Requests & Law Enforcement
We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your data. In the event we receive a request from a government agency or law enforcement authority for access to your information, we will:

We use the security measures provided by our infrastructure providers (Supabase, AWS, Twilio, Meta/Facebook, and Next.js) to protect your data. These providers maintain industry-standard security certifications and comply with applicable data protection regulations.
8. Opt-In & Opt-Out
All recipients must opt in before receiving messages. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" or following instructions provided in the message. This applies to both SMS and WhatsApp messages.
9. WhatsApp Integration
When you use our Services to send messages via WhatsApp, your data is processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (via Twilio). By using WhatsApp messaging features, you acknowledge that:
- Messages sent through WhatsApp are subject to Meta's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
- Meta may process your data in accordance with their policies
- We use WhatsApp solely to deliver messages you request to be sent
- You can opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time by replying "STOP"
10. Data Deletion Requests
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. Please see our Data Deletion Policy for instructions on how to request data deletion.
11. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
