When you request data deletion, we will delete the following personal information associated with your account:

  • Email addresses
  • Dates of work
  • Physical addresses
  • Number of reminders sent
  • Message history
  • Account settings and preferences

Note: Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance purposes, such as transaction records required for tax or accounting purposes. We will only retain data that is legally required and will delete all other personal information.


How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to john@staff-better.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"

  2. Include the following information in your email:

    • Your full name
    • The email address associated with your account
    • The phone number associated with your account (if applicable)
    • A clear statement that you want to delete your data
  3. Verification: We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will contact you if additional verification is needed.


Processing Time

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving your verified request. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.


What Happens After Deletion

Once your data is deleted:

  • You will no longer be able to access your account
  • All personal information will be permanently removed from our systems
  • You will stop receiving messages and reminders from our Services
  • Historical data associated with your account will be anonymized or deleted

Important: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have saved any information you need before requesting deletion.


Third-Party Services

If you have used our Services to send messages via WhatsApp or SMS, please note:

  • WhatsApp/Meta: We will delete your data from our systems, but messages sent through WhatsApp may be retained by Meta in accordance with their privacy policy. You may need to contact Meta directly to request deletion of WhatsApp message data.
  • Twilio: We will delete your data from our systems, but Twilio may retain message logs in accordance with their data retention policies.
